  3. THE PRODUCT THAT I WANT IS SOLD OUT? Due to our small runs we are bound to run out of a certain style or size, however we always intend on restocking each style unless stated otherwise. Our production turnaround time is six weeks, so expect to see your favourite design back online sooner than you think! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of every stock drop.

  6. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? You can make payment via a variety of methods using our Payfast interface. These include Credit/Debit cards, EFT, and Zapper
  8. IS PAYMENT SECURE? Yes, payment is 100% secure. Transactions carried out on www.girlonyourmind.com are secured by our partner, Payfast, which uses extended validation SSL with 256-BIT encryption, the highest level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is also in place for all credit card transactions.   9. WILL MY CARD DETAILS BE RETAINED? Absolutely no card details are stored on our website. Your card details are entered directly onto our secure server hosted by Payfast.
  10. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY PAYMENT? As soon as we receive your payment you will receive an email confirming the processing of your payment and that everything is in order.
  11. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? Our local couriers ship nationwide, at a standard rate of R60 for all orders based in KZN, and R125 for orders based anywhere else in SA. We do offer international shipping. Please get in contact with us at hello@girlonyourmind.com to process those orders. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to P.O Boxes and will require a signature upon delivery.
  12. DO YOU INCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES WITHIN THE PRICE QUOTED ON YOUR WEBSITE? Yes, for all orders within South Africa. For international orders, you will be responsible for all custom duties and import taxes.
  13. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Please allow for 5 - 7 business days from order date.
  14. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? If you have an online account with us, then simply login and change your details. Please see below information if you’d like to change the shipping address post order.
  15. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE? We will send you a fulfillment email to inform you that your order has been collected by our courier. Within this email you will receive a tracking number and the url with which to track it.
  16. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? R60 for orders within KZN and R125 for everywhere else, nationwide.
  17. CAN I CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS / THE CONTENTS OF THE DELIVERY? If you inform us before our courier collects, then yes. Please mail us at hello@girlonyourmind.com 
  18. HOW LONG ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES? Within South Africa: For efficiency, we send out all packages twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order and pay before 12pm on these days, your package will be shipped the same day. Please allow 3 - 5 working days therafter. International orders: Delivery is usually expected between 7 to 21 working days. Orders will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you on the day of postage. If you wish to track an item, please allow 4 working days before you begin. Customs and import duties are calculated by the receiving countries and therefore are the buyers’ responsibility.

  20. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or incorrect size, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund. All return items must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery and must be returned in the original condition, unworn, and unwashed with swing tags still attached within 7 days. To request an exchange/refund, please email hello@girlonyourmind.com with your order number so we can provide you with details. Please note that the shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund. Only regular priced items may be eligible for an exchange/refund. All sale items are final
  21. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? If the above requirements are met, your refund (minus return shipping cost) will be processed and paid into your bank account within 2 business days of the parcel returning to us.
  22. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS? The return shipping cost of either R60 or R125 will be deducted off your refund amount.
  23. MY ITEM HAS A FAULT? We pay particular attention to the quality of our products via meticulous quality checking, however in the event that you find a fault, please inform us so that we can send a replacement or refund. Please follow the returns procedure and state the reason for returning. If we accept the fault, you have the choice of exchanging it (subject to availability) or taking a refund. 
  24. HOW DO I USE THE GIFT CARD ON MY PURCHASE? Once we’ve received payment for your gift card, an email will be sent to you with a voucher number. Simply enter this code into the block provided during checkout and select ‘apply coupon’.
  25. HOW LONG IS THE GIFT CARD VALID? Our gift cards don’t have an expiry date.
  26. HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD? Select any of the given amounts for your gift card and add to cart just like you would for any other product. Checkout and make payment. Once we’ve received payment, you will be sent an email with the voucher code. Buy a gift card now.
